Suggestions on what to bring to your Eye Exam
~ A list of all medications you are currently taking.
~ Your current glasses, (even if they are broken, or you normally wear contact lenses.)
~ A copy of your current contact lens prescription.
~ If you are a new patient, your previous doctor's name or previous records may be helpful, but are not necessary.
